Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, although a bit small and with a strange smell of mold. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, making my stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were not to my liking. The location was convenient but a bit on the outskirts of town with some security measures in place.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although a bit older, were satisfactory and spacious, more like suites with separate areas. However, the presence of a large cockroach was off-putting. The service was friendly and helpful, albeit needing more guidance, especially for non-Portuguese speakers like me. The location was convenient for various attractions but not the most scenic neighborhood. The dining options were nice and plentiful in a Brazilian style, although the reservation process on the Accor Hotels website was a bit confusing.
The hotel offers basic but comfortable and clean rooms. While the rooms have remained the same for a few years, they do provide a cozy stay. The cleanliness was an issue with dirty towels and bedsheets, but the overall comfort level was decent.
I found the hotel to be a consistent choice with some great features. The rooms, while they have maintained their quality over the years, are small yet comfortable and always clean. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and hospitable staff offering a range of conveniences. The location is convenient, particularly for exploring nearby attractions and dining options, although being adjacent to a main highway might bother some. The dining experience, while still good with a varied selection, has seen a decline from its previous standards. Overall, a solid stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although a bit on the small side, but they had free and pretty fast Wi-Fi. The suite-like setup with two separate areas was a bonus, offering reasonably spacious and quiet accommodation with a good internet connection. The treadmills in the fitness center were sturdy, which was great.
